If you’ve wondered why the Republicans in Congress still haven’t impeached Donald Trump despite his obvious status as a Russian puppet and traitor, some of them are just waiting to see how much worse his approval rating gets before having to make a decision about him heading into the midterms. But according to a new report, at least some of them are in on Trump’s Russia scandal.
That’s the word from political insider Claude Taylor, whose inside sources have long been proven correct about Trump-Russia grand juries and other aspects of the Russia scandal. This morning he stated the following: “A source w/ knowledge of investigation tells me that upwards of a dozen GOP members/Sens are being looked at for financial ties to Russia.” (source)
He didn’t provide any specific names. But the behavior of certain Republicans in the House and Senarte has led the public to wonder if they’re under Russian influence in the same manner that Donald Trump is. Coincidentally or not, this report comes on the same day that multiple Republicans in Congress are suddenly trying to publicly distance themselves from Trump and his Russian allegiance.
First Marco Rubio began attacking Trump on Twitter (link). Then Lindsey Graham began attacking Trump on television (link). Notably, Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan have remained silent about Trump’s Russian treason.
